"The customer service is awful. This office don’t care about people. My doctor referred me to this office, i went and scheduled an appointment the lady upfront is so unprofessional, she scheduled the appointment without telling me what to prepare. I showed up to the appointment without any preparation. I had to reschedule again. After three says, i came back and again, there was a problem. She told me this is not the office the appointment is at, however she did not mention that to me previously. Twice she made me waste my time. I am so disappointed!!! Will not go back to this office. I think you should hire people who know what they are doing. Here in America people don’t have time to waste."

"We originally chose Brown Fertility because they accepted our insurance, but we ended up being so grateful for them. We knew we’d have to go straight to the IVF route, so I can only speak to that process. The nursing and support staff are incredible. They are like a well-oiled machine. The IVF process is really organized, and the staff is compassionate. If you go the IVF route, you get an email address that goes directly to the IVF nurses, they’ll get back to you the same day and many times within the hour. The IVF process brings out the neuroses in you, but the nursing staff was always so understanding. We worked with Dr. Gomez throughout the process. He was great the entire time. He had a calm and consistent bedside manner throughout and was incredibly professional. When we received our test results at our second meeting with Dr. Gomez, we felt as if he was honest with his assessment and our prognosis. We left feeling hopeful but realistic and not as if Dr. Gomez/ Brown Fertility were just trying to sell us something. The next week we had a consultation scheduled with another fertility clinic, but we were so impressed with Dr. Gomez and the Winter Garden facility that we cancelled the appointment with the other practice. We are so glad that we did. We just had our child and will be going back to Brown and Dr. Gomez in the future."

"Run in the other direction from Brown Fertility. The nurses are the only redeeming quality about this place. You will be treated like a number and a paycheck. You don’t matter, only your money. I’ve never been spoken so rudely to by a doctor as did Cabrera and was accused of going behind his back to have a procedure done when his partner Dr. Gomez said I needed it. You will be rushed through your appointments and questions will go unanswered. Save yourself headache and frustration - call Center for Reproductive Medicine for a much more personal experience."

"If you’re considering Brown Fertility, then I highly recommend. I go to the Orlando and Winter Garden office. The very first person I met on my first visit completely sold me. Her name is Llancy Peña-Philippe, her kindness, patience and understanding of my situation is why I have stayed on as a patient. While all of the staff are kind, to me she is the face of everything that is good in that office. I have requested her to be my POC nurse. Fertility journey’s can be physically and emotionally draining. Llancy is someone you would want in your corner."

"MISLEADING PATIENTS I had a CONSULTATION appointment only for $100.00. They take a blood sample and they don't tell you is an additional $16.00 for it or provide you with the option to decline the blood sample because you only agreed is only a consultation under $100.00. Two Months later a bill for $16.00 for the testing and $3000.00 for third-party lab work for generic that they do not inform the patients that is an additional cost even if you don't proceed with them. The front desk lady had no customer service skills and did not talk at all. The nurse finish my form because she had to go over it anyways. They take your blood upfront and then you talk to the doctor. So, consultation is not $100 is $4000.00 because they are not responsible for the 3rd party lab work but they authorize the testing???? They mislead patients and the testing is something that needs to be done as part of the consultation. Now you know! I did not move forward with them due to the red flags that the clinic gave me but in the end, nobody wants to be responsible for their lack of training and lies."
