Despite opening during the challenging times of the Covid-19 pandemic in the summer of 2020, the owners saw an opportunity too good to pass up at the former Old Fat Daddy's location. With a rich history as the Anchor Inn in the seventies, the building was given a facelift and a new identity to become The Anchor on February 1st, 2021.
