"I am not sure what CVS is thinking by having one pharmacist and one other person at such a busy pharmacy. The pharmacist should concentrate on his/her job which is disbursing medicine and he/she should have 2- 3 assistants. The one girl that is there by herself must answer phone calls, put medicine in the correct bins, attend to customers with a million comments/questions/concerns, receive shipments; the list goes on and on. As a customer, I do not appreciate having to wait in a line that is 6 people deep and it does not matter what time of the day I go. It is usually a 30-minute ordeal which means I can never pick up medicine on my lunch hour. This is in no way a reflection on the employees. It is a total reflection of senior management. CVS Executives, rethink your employment model and make your employees and your customers happy."

"Both the pharmacists I have seen here are beyond phenomenal, great service, can answer any question you have, and you can tell they have a great heart. Even the associates remember me and ask how I’ve been. The customer service here is far superior to every other cvs I’ve been to. Love them!"

"Understaffed and never have anything ready when it’s supposed to. I actually don’t blame the people working, I blame whoever isn’t hiring enough people. There’s always issues when I’m having Rx sent over digitally. If you don’t physically carry it in, forget it."

I was promptly greeted when entering by a friendly staff member who asked if I needed any help. Upon picking up my prescriptions at the pharmacy the pharmacy technician who was helping me was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall very impressed with the service!"
