"I have had multiple bad experiences here. The most recent one was partially my fault but I feel I should say something. I ordered a drink on my way to work. I was already in a rush, so I figured I would order it before I got there so that I could pick it up and leave quickly. Because I was rushing, I placed the order at a different location right down the street. I have never done this before. When the barista asked me for my receipt, I showed it to her and she realized it was ordered at the bee Ridge and Bonieva location. I completely understood and felt terrible. She then told me directions to the other location. I let them know that I was in a rush, and that I would just have to skip it and I was sorry for the mistake. I went ahead and called the right location to let them know I would not be there because I had made this mistake. The young lady that answered the phone told me that that is not how Starbucks operates and that the barista at the location I had visited should have made me the drink upon seeing the receipt. I paid for nothing."

"I'm not happy with SB today. I ordered my favorite drink in venti cup size, waited 20 mins while they were not that busy, then got this grande-pour in-venti drink. And I didn't even ordered with light ice, so it can't be ice level. Everywhere else I got full cup. Disappointed."

"Don’t know what’s happened to this location but it has dramatically changed for the worse in terms of quality and customer service the past 5-6 weeks. Drive thru times are through the roof - it’s no longer a quick stop. Yesterday, we waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of us - baristas weren’t behind, the dark haired girl running the drive thru was the problem bc she doesn’t know what she’s doing and everyone’s drinks were waiting on the counter forever bc of her ineptitude and she’s not nice either and gave off an idc attitude. My drink was half melted when it was handed to me bc it had been ready and waiting for so long - $7 not well spent at all. Then today, I ordered and paid for extra liquid cane in a drink I order frequently the same way and I can’t even drink it bc it doesn’t taste good or how I ordered it; they definitely didn’t put in the liquid cane I ordered and paid for so another $7+ down the drain. We are daily customers, frequently twice a day, and for as much as you charge, plus I ALWAYS tip on top of it, I expect efficiency, accuracy, and friendliness. Either managers need to train better or hire better qualified ppl bc it’s not a good look for Starbucks and I’m contemplating never coming here again if my next visit is subpar, too."

"Mobile order I walked in and saw 3 people in line, so I decided to make a mobile order instead of waiting in line. SMART! I got my stuff before the 3rd person was done ordering. My impossible sausage and egg sandwich at 1:45pm was HOT! So hot I had to let it cool down a little to eat it. They are SO good... The bun they use is slightly crispy on the outside soft and warm on the inside sweet bun with the egg and cheese and impossible sausage, it's addicting. It came out first. Then the pumpkin spice latte with soy (it's organic) and no whip was just minutes behind. Dine in and you get free refills of brewed coffee or tea when you use the app and you are a rewards member, even if you didn't order that in the first place. Inside or out, they've got great tables for using your computer/writing, which is why I come here #nanowrimo"
