"Booked a couples message over two weeks ago, got a baby sitter and everything for our 4 month old. We showed up for our appointment and they had a call out. Supposedly they tried calling us 2 hours before our apt to tell us, but we received a check in text 60 min beforehand to check in for our apt. I get it, stuff happens. And that’s not why I’m leaving a 1 star. It’s the fact that the lady working was about as rude as can be - implying it was our fault. We asked about a discount for rescheduling for a later date, as it will be a few weeks before we will have the time. They said the only thing they would/ could do is allow us to add one of their aroma therapy options for no charge. They called the owner and she didn’t help either. I know this only costs them a few bucks, so the fact that they we were only worth that for the massive inconvenience + the attitude of the one staff is the reason for the 1 star. Not to mention we don’t like the aroma stuff."
