"I don’t recommend this guy. I gave him a $500 parts deposit to buy a wiring harness. It had to keep calling him back every week to see what the delay was and he would tell me the part would be there in a few more days every time. Then finally when he did get the part, he said it was the wrong part, and that he was going to need to replace a bunch of other items just to match the wrong part. When I asked for my parts deposit back (since we had not agreed on anything other than buying parts at this point) he refused to refund my money. So, basically I’m out $500 for nothing."
"Might be a great mechanic and reasonably priced but has committed two weeks in a row to come see my boat and never showed up or called. I had to follow up every time. Not even apologetic about it. Can't recommend based on extremely poor service."
"Glad I found Matty! Highly recommend. I found Matty on google after I was quoted an arm and a leg from one of the larger servicers in the area. He was quick to get me a quote, was very transparent about everything through the process. I just recently bought a used boat to find out a week later it had massive corrosion issues in areas you cant see visibly. Matty basically ended up having to replace a ton of components on the engine, bilge, exhaust, transom assembly, you name it. During the process I threw several other little things in the mix to be done and he tackled it."
