"I am a young looking 29-year-old female and I recently moved to Mary Esther from Memphis. On the way home from a trip to Memphis I hit something in the road and mess my wheel and tire up. It was a nightmare finding the wheel anywhere. Jerry’s used tire was not very helpful at all. They were very demeaning and passive aggressive to me, made me feel like I was ruining their day by asking questions because I don’t know much about cars and my dad isn’t in the best health. I was dreading calling back up to Jerry’s because they already got snappy with me on the phone before and now I was supposed to give them my tire size and I was guessing which set of letters and numbers it was on the tire.I decided to call Mary Esther tires instead, the lady on the phone was super nice and helpful and they gave me a great price of $90 to get the tire put on and mounted and balanced I will be using them in the future if need be."
"Good service when it comes to the workers but when it comes to the owners he doesn’t know how to take responsibility for what he’s selling he saw me a seven year old tire he did give me my money back but when I’m trying to tell him to check the dates on the used tires that he’s selling he sitting there arguing with me would not recommend do not buy from him do not buy from him to not make any business with him he is scamming I lost a tired that I bought from him going to 80 miles an hour in the expressway after a day buying it from him he just likes to fight over the phone he doesn’t like taking responsibility to not buy from him listen if you trying to buy tires from this guy believe me you’re going to regret it do not buy stuff from him"

"Very fast service and very reasonable price. Had a trailer spare replaced in about 5 mins only paid 50$ for a nice used spare. Leak checked and everything looks great. Under new ownership as of Feb 2017. New owner very honest, courteous and customer satisfaction oriented"
