"When I was referred to Pez, it was by very reputable people. At first, things went somewhat well. I took my boat there. I was planning on repowering it or repair the motors at the least. During the process, I had him fix my my f350. That went well. My boat was still there waiting on diagnosis and for me to decide which way to go. In March of this year 2023, I had major surgery which put me out of work for 3 months. I then called the Boat mechanic Alan, who was leading on my boat repairs and explained my situation. He understood and said they would cover it and store outside, being that I had already given them a deposit of $15,000.00. Alan had pulled the motors to have diagnosed. When I called back in May, Alan the lead marine mechanic informed me was no longer there. Him and Pez had a misunderstanding so Alan left. I then asked Pez if he wanted to finish and he said he would try. June, 18th, 2023, he called me and said he could not find any IO mechanics and I could come and pick up my boat. I asked him to refund some of my money for the trouble, storage and attempted diagnosis. He sent me an invoice stating a charge for $11,000.00 for pulling and replacing with either rebuilt or new power of which I agreed to pay for the motors and the $11,000.00 was for labor to swap out, running, and water tested. He told me he only owed me $200.00. I picked up my boat and it has no power or outdrives. I have been in touch with Alan the mechanic who is happily working somewhere else and we are now getting all the information together with several other people and taking him to court, probably a class action law suit. "I’ve now had two of my trucks worked on here. The “performance” enhancement on my 2017 Chevy 2500 might be the only reason I didn’t trade my truck in. I loved my truck but hated getting towed in because of limp mode. Fez and his guys do amazing work. So much so my project hummer has never been anywhere but bigg boy since I bought it.
