"Stranded on the side of I-10 some miles east of Tallahassee with a dead engine. Worked my way thru several towing companies before settling on All American. They were the only ones who would haul the car the 106 miles to Gainesville tonight, and at a substantially lower cost than the other companies that would deliver sometime next week. Joe from All American was prompt and friendly, and had the car loaded up and down the road pretty quickly."
"Professional, kind and trustworthy service. My wife and I broke down on I-10 due to a blown AC compressor that resulted in severed serpentine belt. It was already after 5pm and few days after Christmas so I wasn’t able to get in touch with anyone for a while. Joe was the only person in the area that answered my call and I’m very grateful he did. Joe arrived an hour later and towed my van to his shop which was about 30min away and also dropped us off at a hotel another 20min away. The next day he was in touch about the cost of the parts which had to be ordered. They didn’t arrive until around 3pm the next day and he was still able to get us back on the road that night. Throughout the whole process Joe treated us with genuine kindness and compassion and I’m grateful he was the one who ended up helping us out."
