"I was Looking for a salon in the plant city area not from here however I found this nail shop on Google and I arrive at 6:15pm I walked in the shop and I was asked what services I needed and while I was explaining the ( nail tech) a woman that doing another customers feet, another woman to my left just burst out no no they closing soon and I can not get service after explaining myself for like 8 mins of what I wanted to the nail tech that greeted me this other woman was very rude about it I would not ever support this shop and I truly feel like the nail tech that welcomed me would have done my nail service however because the woman to my left I believe is the owner and is very rude she said no upon checking on Google it states the shop closes at 7 I arrived in rough time to be serviced but treated very indifferent"

"Will never go here again. The male nail tech was rough first of all. Secondly, I asked for a clear pink top coat and he still only put a clear coat. But ensured me that it was.(totally not what I asked for) It’s been two days and my nails look like I’ve had them done for weeks. He asked me about my tattoo that I got for my mom since she passed away and laughed which I didn’t find any humor in that. Also, I felt he rushed doing my nails and toes.One last thing, It is not necessary to tell someone it’s been a long time when you are giving them a pedicure. I have three children and obviously try to make time when I can, So just do the service cause comments like that are obviously embarrassing."

"It was my first time and I was really pleased. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure I liked the gel color I chose for my toe nails and to show me different choices. She was quick and thorough. I noticed they all greeted their clients by their names and like friends they came to visit… Definitely recommend them and It will be my own “nail place”."

"Her work was so good she did great job but I felt pressure to get the gel and she kept saying how this won’t last for long time but I didn’t know it won’t even last for a day ?! I did my nails yesterday and today they look like this ! I think I paid for one day nail color !"
