"Unfortunately I do not have a good rating to give this place I never even got to see the doctor the 1st thing that happened when I walked in there was instead of hello and good afternoon my first visit by the way, to tell me when she asked me my name I told her i had a 3 o'clock appointment she repeatedly told me I had a $35 co-pay and I said to her I don't know why I do but I assured her I would pay it she gave me some paperwork to fill out as I was filling out the paperwork she said the doctor is going to be at least an hour late and I may want to come back another time I told her I had other things to do another appointments that was after being there for awile, my appointment was for 3pm. She told me she was not sure when the doctor was going to come in When I walked in at 3pm there was one person sitting and waiting, when I finished filling out the paperwork the office was full I asked her again when the doctor was going to be there. I got the same anser. She did not know. And asked me again if I would be willing to reschedule. At that I had the feeling she just wanted me to leave. So I rescheduled and reminded her that I came all the way from keystone heights and a phone call would have been appropriated, she did not seem to care what I thought. This was my first visit, I felt I should have been treated better."
