First off, I just want to say that I’m very very happy with the progress and the quality of work that is happening on my dream home on Sanibel and I’m so glad I went with Sunset Builders. My wife and I are new to the island and we really wanted to help rebuild the Sanibel community after the hurricane, and be part of a community because we have a large family with 4 kids under 7. When we bought the house, it needed a full renovation. I called several contractors and they all had the same pitch. What was different about you guys was Mike, he never rushed me and he listened to all my concerns, wants, and needs AND gave his own insights. His communication was fantastic from the start. The day we set up an on site meeting for a full walk through, a whole team showed up and I was blown away. The project managers and superintendents all showed up alongside Mike to go over the work to be done. Everyday I visit the job site and see the progress. All the material being used is high quality, nothing cheap which is amazing. Overall I’m very happy and satisfied with the quality of work and I can’t wait to see my finished house. LB"

"Had all new French doors put in to replace sliders. Amazing job on the crews attention to detail, clean up, professionalism and everything in between. They asked me several times throughout the install how it looks and if I saw anything of concern. When I did notice a loose seam cover they went right to work on it to fix the issue and never once acted or seemed inconvenienced. Eric, one of the workers, even took a few minutes to fix our front door that we bought and had installed by Lowes installers that they couldn't get right after 3 visits. (Literally took him 2 minutes to fix it) A great veteran owned company that you will not be disappointed with. I will definitely have them do my windows later this year and will be my first choice when I do my remodels down the road. Could not be happier with my new doors and the quality of work.
