Not like so many in a the area that seem to find something you need to replace or buy every time they come to look at your system. They are very ethical and go out of their way to save you money by recycling good parts from units if you need something they might have to save you money. They also will help with warranty claims that you might qualify for. They are very professional and I have been using them for 15 years at least!"
