I decided to contact Comfort Caddies Monday morning and that same day by 11:00am I had a tech (Carlos S) working on my unit. Great guy, supper professional and very knowledgeable. He not only did a great job replacing the unit but also took the time to explain all the different steps of the repair and provided great tips on how to protect and keep the system running smoothly.
