"My visit was on 7/2/23 and all I can say is God bless Lachrisha, Owen and Tina!! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left, they were personable, attentive, compassionate and knowledgeable. They really helped me through a difficult time. Even though I came in late on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend, I never felt rushed and when I apologized for coming late they quickly dismissed it with a smile and were more concerned about my issue. I don’t usually give reviews, but I was impressed with their professionalism and their courtesy throughout my visit, even a few laughs which is hard when you’re in pain. Hopefully I won’t need to come back, but if I do, I know I’ll be in good hands!"

"I went in on 5/13/2023 for my 2 month old. The staff was very nice and helped us with our little man. However the cleanliness of the facility is on a dangerous level with blood splatters on the bed and something else we couldn't figure out what it was. Please look over the rooms. Blood of any kind can expose you to a number of bloodborne pathogens even if it is dry. I would've given a better review if not for that issue."

"I went to the clinic yesterday due to acute rt leg pain possible sciatica. Melissa(aprn)gave me steroid injections as well as a prescription for a muscle relaxer and an anti inflammatory. I picked up both scripts and with the injection I was hoping for some relief. Well that didn’t happen, woke up at 2am in extreme pain. I tried calling her this morning to let her know and the secretary refused to let me talk to her. Instead I was told, “it’s a new day. It’s a new problem, you have to come in to talk to her”. Meaning they simply want another $150 fee for an office visit. It may be a new day but it’s the same problem. EDIT. At NO time during my call back was I told to come in for the “GENEROUS” no charge visit. “It’s a new day, new problem” were the exact words used. Not seen by a doctor either."

"Jon Santos is once again a HERO. My wife has several health issues with overlapping symptoms. He sorted it out with three different tests and she is on the mend. We have been going to him for several years now and we are glad to see that VIZAVEE is his permanent medical office. His "bed side manner" is perfect - friendly smiles with understandable medical explanations and patient answers to questions. We are snow birds and need a familiar Primary in the Villages and Jon Santos is it !! We highly recommend him."
