"Trying to schedule appt. No one answers the phone after 4 calls . When they answered I was put on hold. I’ve been there several times and they want to do eeg , ecg, etc . I just got out of hospital and had these tests . I would like them to obtain my records from Morton Plant Hospital so as not to repeat certain tests . Just can’t get anyone on phone!! Maybe I can try another location. So frustrating!"

"I'm not really impressed with this practice. I can't get meds that I was told would be submitted. I have new heart issues but the stress test & cardio appointment is over a month out. I have called & messages were sent to my doc but the messages were never read because they called me to ask the same questions that were answered in the messages. Zero sense of urgency."

"I was assigned to Dr. Blair. It did not go well. I have a critical condition that prevents me from walking. After some “required” initial visits it took weeks to get staff to set up appointments for an mri, and only because I made a fuss. Follow up referrals for an orthopedic doc also took weeks, with the most important one, never set up at all after 5 months!!!! Want to get acupuncture? They offer this, but is an outright lie. It goes on, and on. I believe it is a Medicare scam. The only good thing about the experience is that I was forced to leave, and have found a marvelous, skilled, compassionate and thorough physician. For that reason, I am thankful. Do your due diligence, your life may depend on it. p.s. now because the mri images are so old, I have to go back for multiple images."

"I have loved this place for a couple years...staff is engaging and doctors have been responsive to my needs. However, once I started having serious issues and needed authorizations, the level of care fell off. Their referral department is sadly lacking and I have found out they actually lied to me. Beware!"

"Amazing place. The staff is outstanding. My Dr. is Dr. Yacobi and she is wonderful. Everyone there is caring and compassionate. I have, unfortunately, quite a few serious health issues. If the staff knows I’m struggling and hasn’t heard from me they will call to make sure I’m okay. Greatest doctors, staff, and facility I’ve ever been to—-and because of my serious health concerns I have quite high standards. And they not only meet that bar they very much exceed it!"
