"My mom has cancer and needs an approval for an ear exam, she is about to go deaf in one side and it’s been 3 weeks since the request was sent to them It’s always a hustle to get approved for exams. However the monthly payment and all the outrageous co pays are never missed seen by United Health Care. They charge alright !!! But getting approved for an exam that they claim they cover at “sign up” is now impossible!!!!!!"
"If you are new phone is not a available and it hangs up. If you already have insurance they rudely hang up because they wont make a commission. Called to ask for the customer service department and they kept hanging up."

"United Health Care “Golden Rule” plan It turned out to be “the Golden Rules is “ “don’t pay the claim “, I can see now why they call the company that name. they charge you monthly and denied every claim."
"Have been w/this insurance for about 6 months, straight trash to start they pick your physician for you I didn’t want the one they provided and they keep pushing, I said no you NEED to change my primary physician for what I currently use called 3 times until someone decided to change it, now I need to get a CT scan done so the lady from the primary doctor calls and they don’t want to approve it the doctor had to get involved and then decided to approve it, all this company wants to do is take your money and doesn’t care for the well-being of their customers, very shady on there behalf oh and another thing is that they need to approve services like this and w/Aetna I NEVER had problem and don’t need approve to get anything done, w/this being said don’t waste your time w/this good for nothing losers!!!!!"
