UF Health Pediatric Cardiac MRI/CT Center at the University of Florida
The UF Health Pediatric Cardiac MRI/CT Center at the University of Florida is a leading institution in diagnosing, treating, and monitoring children and adults with pediatric heart disease. Located at 1600 Southwest Archer Road in Gainesville, Florida, our interdisciplinary team of experts from the pediatric cardiology and radiology departments work together to provide cutting-edge diagnostic services using noninvasive measures such as pediatric cardiac MRI and cardiac CT scans. Our team has extensive experience and training in developing specialized, child-oriented diagnostic protocols for children with congenital heart disease. Since 2002, we have been providing diagnostic radiological services for children with congenital heart disease, including premature and low birth weight babies, as well as adults with pediatric heart disease. Our mission is to provide leading-edge care in diagnosing and managing congenital heart defects, and to research advancements in diagnostic methods. We are also involved in research projects with the UF departments of radiology and physics.
