"Made an appointment to have Dr Coley exam my eyes. I saw the assistant I saw last time, couldn’t tell you her nam she never shared it. She was robotic. Finally saw the doctor however it seems he has lost his bedside manner. He was very robotic with is aid b side him this tells me he has eye issues. I walked out and no one seemed to care. He is retiring in a few months. He was reading the notes never got up to check my eyes. Will never go there again. Very mechanical appointment."

"I will never be returning, nor would recommend to family and friends. My daughter had went for her appointment, which seemed fine at the time, as she did not have any issues. A few days later though she came to me very concerned because Devon the "office manager", if that's what they would consider someone like this, found her and interacted on her social medias. I would assume the only way these would have been found would be through her patient file, which is grossly inappropriate. I am making this review so others can be aware of the lack of professionalism."

"I was hesitant at first. However, ALL the employees exceeded my expectations. My son is 15, autistic and has severe ADHD along with OCD. The girls that worked with him were absolutely fabulous. They were VERY patient with him. Then we got to meet the Dr. My son liked him a lot and told him he loved his 1951 truck!! It's cool. I'm happy we chose to come here! Thank you all so much!"

"After spending weeks trying to locate an optometrist within driving distance who would take my lousy vision plan, I found Copely. All I wanted was a vision test by a competent optometrist and one pair of distance glasses, if necessary. What I got instead was an eye test by a 20-something tech and a three-week wait for a pair of glasses that were totally out of focus. After the tech finished giving me what I assumed had been a preliminary vision test, I was ushered into another room where I was greeted by the optometrist. After three minutes of peering into my eyes with bright lights, she said, I want to see you again in two or three weeks to take some pictures of your retinas, to which I replied, I'm only here for a vision test and glasses. I have a retina specialist and a cornea specialist, and I see both of them twice a year, I just need a vision test. That's when it was confirmed to me that the tech had already done that. I've had at least 40 vision tests in my life and every single one of them was performed by a doctor of optometry. Never again. Copely was a total waste of my time and money."

"I am in disbelief I’m writing this now because I’ve always received great service for as long as I’ve been going there but my last encounter was the worst for several reasons. Upon completion of my eye exam I brought in my own frame to get my glasses. It was checked and inspected to make sure it was suitable to be used for my new glasses. I was called later for pick up because it was finally ready. I received my glasses and not even 3 hours later I had to call because the lens were so loose and shaking so bad, clearly wasn’t cut properly to fit the frame . I returned them the next morning. The employee went in the back for an extended time and then another person came back with a piece of wire, stating they can use that to keep the lens in. I refused that because clearly it wasn’t made properly and needed to get redone. I was advised they can send it back to lab. A few hours later I received a call from Linda to say I can pick it up because it was fixed. I told her I didn’t want a temporary fix, I need my glasses to be made properly. She tried to insinuate my frame was the problem which it was not, then she later stated this was an oncoming issue with the lab and if another lab is used I have to pay, how ridiculous !! The office knowingly is aware of an ongoing issue with the lab being used and other customers have also had issues yet they continue to use them, also if my frame was really the problem, the correct thing to do is notify me, not make a messed up glasses and expect me to accept it. I contacted my insurance company who advised they should reinstate my benefit so I can go elsewhere since they didn’t provide a proper glasses and refuse to redo it properly. Once again I spoke to Linda when I called, told her what the insurance company stated and she replied with “that is okay and she will need to contact the insurance”, I then asked about the portion I paid out of pocket towards the glasses, I was told that is not refundable, another outrageous response to the issue. I am trying to figure out the rationale because my glasses made was defective and not suitable or satisfactory and they refuse to properly rectify the issue properly yet refuse to refund what I paid. My insurance benefits can also be reinstated but the office wants to keep my hard earned money when I don’t have anything at all. That is pure robbery, despicable behavior, terrible service and just outright fraud. I am entitled to my money back and this matter certainly needs to be reported. I certainly wouldn’t recommend anyone going here after this experience."
