"Very unfriendly employees! I have never taken a ferry before, so was clueless to how the procedure works. Should I have read the signs more closely? Maybe, but I was on vacation and super excited. I walked on without being signaled and you would have thought I just committed homicide! Both men were soooo rude, yelling at me in a manner that I can only describe as belittling and hostile. Oh, and and make sure you empty your bladder before heading to get on the ferry. Using the employees only port-a-potty is apparently a cardinal sin as well. He let me use it, but was just nasty about it."

It is disgusting how they up-charge people during emergencies and take advantage of being the only means to transport to the island. I am so irate that I don’t even have the words, I will be giving a follow up NEGATIVE 5 star review once I can collect my thought on the matter."
"Palm Island Water Taxi— My family and I had an amazing day yesterday (Wednesday, April 27)—thanks to Captain Bob! We were on our way to Palm Island and along the way we were so excited to see dolphins! Captain Bob turned the water taxi around so we could watch them as they jumped in the air! It was amazing—he went out of his way for everyone and it is something my family and I will remember for a long time :) Captain Bob is the best—definitely an asset to your company!"
"Be Careful of your Payment Transaction, and keep your Receipt. I took the Ferry with my Bicycle, and the Charge was supposed to $10. Not sure what happened, but when I received my Credit card statement, They Charged me $55 for taking a Car. Unfortunately, I did not keep the receipt on a $10 Charge. Admin Office could not do anything when I rode my bike back up there."
