"I recently visited Dr. Fregger at Family Eye Care for a routine eye check-up and an updated contacts lens prescription. Booking the appointment was easy over the phone (I managed to get an appointment the very next day!), and the office was conveniently located right off Racetrack Rd. The office was spotless, and the atmosphere was both professional and calming. The reception staff greeted me warmly and processed my paperwork efficiently. The assistants were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the pre-examination procedures. Seeing Dr. Fregger was stellar and he took the time to explain each step of the eye examination. He was thorough in his assessment and addressed all my concerns with patience. I appreciated his clear explanations about my eye health. I left the office with a precise prescription and they ordered my contacts, which will be delivered at my door. The follow-up care instructions were clear, and I felt well-informed about my eye health. Overall, my experience at was exceptional. I highly recommend Dr. Fregger for his expertise, thoroughness, and the welcoming environment of the office. I will definitely return for my future eye care needs."

"I highly recommend Dr. Michael Fregger at Family Eye Care! I have been going to EAFB BX Optometrist. But, after Dr. Tomlinson retired, I was at a lost. It had been 3 years since I got a new eye prescription, and I was afraid of just going to anyone else. A couple of weeks ago, I was having extreme eye pain. I called around and no one could (or would) get me in right away except Family Eye Care. I was so happy that they were willing to get me in right away. Then, after meeting and dealing with Dr. Fregger, I was most impressed. He genuinely cares and is most knowledgeable and recommended several things for me. After being treated for the eye pain, I made an appointment for my glasses. Again, everything went very well. I decided to look at their glasses. I got an estimate from them. But, after calling the Optical Center at the BX and was treated rudely over the phone (and after receiving poor treatment from them for the past 6 years), I decided that I would go back to Family Eye Care to order my eyeglasses. I give them a 5-star rating! :-)"

"My family has been patients of Dr. Fregger for the over 2 years and I don’t think I will ever find another doctor quite like him. He is so kind and personable, I actually enjoy going to my appointments because of him. Not to mention he is thorough but you are out in a timely fashion, not a lot of waiting or wasting time, just does the job and your out of there. They don’t pressure you to buy glasses or make you feel bad (cheap) for not looking like a lot of places. However they do have a very nice selection of glasses (I just prefer to buy them online.) would definitely refer this doctor over and over!"
