"This is for the STORE! The fact that I’m looking at the negative reviews and it’s been almost a year or more and there’s still no change. I experienced the same rudeness. And from the manager as well. He hung up on me. And I didn’t not treat any of the staff with rudeness but wasn’t given the same courtesy I called corporate. Lodged my complaint. Until they revamp the quality of people that they place in the store, people with a sense of pride and care not just for the job but for the people they service, nothing will change. Kindness and politeness has become extinct. The funny thing is that the same people that have been rude to its customers would be indignant if they went to a business that they were patronizing and were met with the same rudeness that they gave. Unfortunately seeing that there has been no change makes me believe that corporate also does not care about the customers of Walgreens. Whatever Chic-fil-le is doing to train their staff, needs to be adopted by Walgreens."

"I so sorry i can not put "0" star. Totally incompetent. I came 4 times to get my prescriptions. 1st time they told my they didn't receive the prescription from the hospitall...? 2nd time they told me that they will send me a text in 1 hour when it will be ready, 3rd time they give me only 1 prescription... i arrived at home and i realized that 2 are missing. I got back and they made me wait for half an hour. There are plenty of pharmacy around here so please help yourself and go somewhere else. This is the worst pharmacy i have seen in my life."

"This Walgreens Pharmacy is having major issues as of late. It seems there’s a whole new staff and they’re extremely incompetent or really don’t care about their jobs. I’ve been trying to get a prescription filled for 2 days. Tried to call on day 1, waited on hold for 32 minutes and the auto dialer finally hung up on me SO I went there and waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. When I got to the front, was told my prescription wasn’t ready… there were literally 3 people working in the back. How the heck is the wait so long!! Today same exact story. Tried to call was put on hold 3 times before I finally got hold of someone. Went to pick up my prescription at 11am on a Thursday and there were 4 cars in line. I just left without it and will try again later. There should never be that many people waiting in line at this time of day!!! I will probably be going somewhere else from now on. This new staff is super slow and they’re also totally rude. It’s not worth doing business here. Corporate needs to pay this store a visit and whip these people into shape."

"The ladies in the cosmetics were far from helpful. Very unprofessional. They were there putting on eyelashes on each other rather than doing their jobs! Didn’t even ask if my wife needed help."

"I have always used Walgreens for my prescriptions and a lot of other things. But I have not always had the best Walgreens. This is by far, the best Walgreens I have used. The pharmacy department employees are amazing. They are always kind, caring, professional and super fast. I have been going here for 2 years and I love it. Great experience every time."
