"We have been standing in line for about 45 minutes and there is only one cashier working. I felt bad for the cashier, she was by herself. So I decided to call the store to ask management to assist the cashier with all of the customers in line, she replied with " Yea maybe we can try that" and then hung up the phone on me. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will never visit a Burlington Coat Factory again!"
