"Don't go here! I have had Epilepsy my whole life! And I have never been told my physical can't be signed off because of it. I have been a CNA for 17 years! So how can someone say I can't perform my job duties because of it. I asked to speak with the head of staff and told she's not in. The doctor here is absolutely ridiculous!"

"I hate coming here. All the nurses are very rude and treat me like a criminal. I got a problem using restrooms with people near by but she tells me to pee in a cup and puts a black line of the amount SHE wants me to pee but all i need is one small container amount and the test strip will work. I didnt have that much in me. So she tells me to go back outside and drink 4 cups of water and I have 3 hours to pee all this while testing the urine I already gave her. You guys aren't the law and stop acting like you are and have some respect."

"While building is unmarked my wait time was like 10 mins. I was here just for a TB skin test. I did feel bad that I was called before others. Whom had clearly been there awhile. Overall I can't complain."

"I had a really great experience. I showed up early and the staff were kind, professional, easy-going, etc... Everyone may have different experiences and I respect their opinion. I will say the experience I had was amazing and I would go there again. Going in with a positive attitude and bringing positive vibes brings out a positive outcome. "Sooo, no sign in building, the wait was well over 2 hours for an employer drug test. When I approached the reception area at 1 hour 45 min , Into the wait time, I found 2 employees standing with cell phone in hand and not helping the lady at window. Upon approaching where to leave a review, she then took face out of her cell phone and helped the lady. This is a poor excuse of state services and an utter shame for getting Americans back to work. There is no doubt in my mind that this facility is managed by liberal nonsense. Not a good look for the state of Florida. Soooo my advise would be to put your dam cell phone down and earn your paycheck!!"
