"Giving the one star, as I had a pleasant initial appointment with Dr. Harris. Unfortunately, the office staff is unequipped, and leaves little to be desired in the concept of healthcare. After the first poor experience in setting up lab testing, the Office Manager did a great job in resolving the multiple errors and poor service I encountered. Following up with today’s call to report out those lab results, WOW! I won’t detail here due to the inclusion of my medical history, but what was stated to me as “Dr. Harris would like you to xxx”, is highly unlikely. Ultimately, the call was nothing more than checking a box, because fully interpreting the results, which I saw myself from Quest and reading my medical records would have demonstrated a fuller picture of the most recent lab results, and I would have hoped different information would be communicated. Holy Cross Internal Medicine continues to disappoint. It saddens me to think about those who don’t have the health education and knowledge, and are unknowingly being given misinformation and guidance on how to address their medical needs."
