"You shouldn't advertise as Urgent Care if you don't accept walk ins! This is the second time I've been turned away, I will not be back or refer again!"

"This is the WORST CLINIC EVER!!! Dont bother in booking with them they loose your information and thats a HIPAA violation i will be contacting my lawyer to have an inspection on them. My Fiance and i went to their clinic somewhere in April or May of this year, they gave us a form to fill out which he did and went 2 days later to turn in the new patient packet form and told us that they will call us with an appointment. Here we are on October 2023 we called because my fiance ended up in the hospital and they told him that he needed to see his PCP. So when we call they asked us to fill out the forms AGAIN!! and told her that we been turn it in, she says that they don't have it, so i asked her did y'all misplace it?? she couldn't even respond that.. VERY DISORGANIZED"

"Dental hygienist and the doctors have been great to me! Always personable, and nice. Can’t say that about the front desk. I’m not sure why anyone would work in customer service if they hate it. I’ve only gotten rude or dry personalities from these women behind the desk. Maybe they hate their job? After being laughed at on the phone today when trying to reschedule, because they canceled on me….I won’t be returning."

"Angela at the front desk is amazing. She’s beyond helpful and informative. Any time I call she gets the answers I need without hesitation, she’s very understanding with great communication. I have absolutely no complaints about her! The nurses are amazing as well. They are thorough and so kind and patient with my children! On the other hand, Dr. Winters is rude, passive with my concerns, and misdiagnosed my child saying they had an ear infection when in actually they had strep! I specifically asked her for a certain medication for my child but she declined and instead she wanted to prescribe them a medication I specified they are allergic to. I went elsewhere after 3 days and 2 visits of going back and forth. In the end my child was diagnosed correctly by a new doctor/facility and prescribed the medication I KNEW they needed originally! I wouldn’t have given any stars but I appreciate all the help I received from Angela and the nurses!"

"They don't care. I have cavities that are two years old that they haven't been able to fill. Why? Because they only fill one cavity at a time and it takes three months to get an appointment. They just keep saying, call everyday to see if someones cancelled. I did that for a whole month and didn't get one appointment. It's absolutely ridiculous. I even talked to a manager one time that said the dentist can fill in more cavities at a time if they want to! They just don't. My teeth hurt but I guess I'll just have to live with it because Pancare doesn't care."
