This last job - a fairly big one - particularly impressed me; Billy at the front desk was as usual carefully taking me through the diagnosis and fix to be taken (replacement of both brake calipers and new lug nuts). "Last week I took my car in to Pasadena Car Care for the first time. For over 25 years I used another repair business when I stopped into that business I could not get get a good answer on when I could get me car repaired, so I thought that I would try Pasadena Car Care. WOW what a great business and very professional, actually I felt that they were better than any car dealership in St Pete. They promptly determined the problem and then they gave me an estimate for repair cost and when my car would be ready for picked-up with the repairs completed. All this within 30 minutes. The good news is the car was ready earlier than I was told and the costs were as quoted. I will use these folks again when I need repairs and suggest that you give them a chance to earn your business as they have earned mine!"
