"Someone stole my toolboxes from the parking lot of Oceanview Building "B". It took just a couple of minutes for someone to steal 2 big toolboxes, the security guys at the lobby didn't help at all to review the cameras from other areas of the building. Even though the police came and it was reported, they didn't help at all."
"The worst place. Bathrooms are dirty. It smells so nasty. We stayed at apartment 1603. Curtains are broken. Cabinets are dirty. We booked through orbits and tried to call them to change hotels because we could not sleep for 2 days. The supervisor of orbits said I can give you a $100 coupon to change hotel. My question is how could you put a family with kids in such a nasty apartment without checking it before."
"By far the best experience ever. Me and my family drove from Connecticut and we were A-day early. There is no hassle or Frustration they met our needs and we were in our room within hours. Very well Clean place great Atmosphere from check in to the hallway to the rooms. Great stay will definitely stay here again."
"Avoid this place like the plague! Two women at the front desk are horribly rude. They take 2-3 hour lunches and never ever respond to your messages or calls. Management said the application would take 2 weeks to process, however it took almost 2 months. Once they have your deposit, they will not respond to you or care about you or return your deposit. Terrible management!! Also, the building needs pest control for the cockroaches and bedbugs..."
