"Awful. Brought 2 gift cards to get a message. Message was great. But, do not purchase gift cards from this company! My coworkers got me $140 gift card when my grandfather passed away. I went to use it, and they are saying they can’t find anything when they scan it. It came in a gift bag with a decorative card and tissue paper in it and everything. Long story short, I was told to call the manager tomorrow and had to pay out-of-pocket for my massage. The couple next to me also had an issue and they were also told to call tomorrow. Horrible experience and definitely will not go back there."

"I've had a membership for about 6 years and I had to cancel last month due to financial reasons. When I spoke with the receptionist she said I had 30 days to use points and 90 days to use the rest of my credits. Why wouldn't I take her word for it? I guess this my lesson in reading the fine print. Today I come to find out I lost all 12,000 of my points the day I ended my membership. I feel duped and deceived by some misinformed employee.... I've had my ups and downs with Hand and Stone between massages and facials and this was the topping on the cake for an otherwise mediocre membership."

"This was the first time I've been to this place (Fleming) and I was very disappointed in the massage I received here. I booked a massage with an aromatherapy head massage add-on. When I got talked to the masseuse (Jason) I requested to change it to the cold stone face because I was having sinus issues, he had to check with the front desk and they said I could not change, even though both services were the same price. On the intake form I requested extra attention on calves and feet, he spent maybe 5 minutes on both calves and 2 minutes on both feet together. He spent way too much time on my back and never did the scalp massage (which I requested and paid extra for) at all because "he ran out of time".??? WTH?? I've never had a massage where they don't give a scalp massage unless you specifically ask not to have it. He also seemed very unsure of himself and the massage was very disconnected, meaning it didn't flow, it was choppy. He also didn't come to get me until right at the time my massage was supposed to start, then he went to ask them about changing the add-on which took time and he took a long time to come back to the room after he left for me to get on the table. All of this cut into my massage time so I would be lucky if I got 35 minuets. When I left I spoke to the girl at the counter who offered no help at all. As I said, very disappointing and I will not return. Definitely won't be recommending Hand & Stone."

She was absolutely phenomenal and passionate and patient.
