"The staff really takes time to understand your need and give you multiple options of varying price levels. It's great to be able to make an informed decision. They stand by their products and their work and do what they say. Very convenient and cost effective. I thought I wanted a new door but after the staff member listened to what I was saying, he offered a much less expensive and easier option for a window insert. I wanted light and airflow and I got it for a little more than $120 instead of a new door system for $300-500. So happy..."
