HalfSteps (Music Together at Dynasty Dance Clubs LWR) is a music institution located at 7313 International Place in Sarasota, Florida, United States. Our Spring semester, starting on April 13, will be conducted online to ensure the safety of our students. Through virtual classes, families can support their baby's natural musicality and overall development. The Babies Only class caters to newborns through 8 months old, offering a special experience for non-mobile infants and their caregivers.

In addition to traditional music classes, HalfSteps also features the innovative Spanish music and movement program, Canta y Baila Conmigo, suitable for both native Spanish speakers and those new to the language. Families who register before April 13 will receive materials and an instrument kit for their child to participate in the virtual sessions. Siblings can also join in with an additional instrument kit available for purchase.

For families facing financial difficulties during this challenging time, HalfSteps offers limited scholarship funds to provide assistance. The institution encourages families to download the free Music Together Hello Everybody app to explore their music offerings.

Please note that the current offering for the Spring 2020 semester is online only, with the possibility of returning to in-person classes once social-distancing measures are lifted. In addition to Dynasty Dance Clubs LWR, classes may also be held at alternate locations such as Freedom Village of Bradenton, Bostock's Martial Arts & Circus Arts, and Major Productions Studio of Dance inside Ellenton Ice and Sports Complex. "My son and I have been attending Music Together with Ms. Tanya for three semesters. He loves it! When class is finished, he always asks to stay. Tanya is incredible. She makes class fun and interesting for the kids, while sharing helpful information about how important music education can be for other developmental skills. The class is an informal environment that allows kids (and parents) to feel comfortable and enjoy the learning process. My son sings all of the songs at home complete with the movements we do in class. We've also met some lovely families that have become great new friends. We highly recommend HalfSteps to anyone!"

"My kids love their music class with Ms. Tanya! I’ve been taking them since they were 2.5 and 5 months old and am amazed how much they have grown musically in just two semesters. They love to dance and get their wiggles out as well as play with the scarves and instruments given out during class. My 9 month old now taps and moves in rhythm with the music and my 3 year old is always wanting to listen to and sing the songs from class! Most importantly, Tanya is wonderful with all the kids and always comes up with fun and interesting ways to sing and interact with the music and each other. Highly recommend!!"
