“Great tobacconist I have been a customer for years. The staff are great they are very professional and friendly. I ordered from the pipe shop through the week and they were having difficulty with the post office so the staff phoned me and told me about the parcel will be sent the following day and fully refunded the delivery charge and sent me free goods. No other tobacconist online would do that so I will stay a customer always and totally recommend them ti everyone.”

“Had read some positive feedback about this store. Additionally, I wanted to find a store that was a little quieter than the touristy stores down the Royal mile. Overall, my experience was quite positive. The shop is limiting the max number of simultaneous shoppers in store at a time. As a result, the sales associate had sufficient time to explain various brands and help us choose a particular single malt. Next will definitely visit, the next time I am in Edinburgh.”
