George was very helpful and talked me through the process and was always willing to pick up the phone and have a chat with me about my order and what the next steps in the process were. George and his team also bent over backwards to help me and delivered my TV to my home ahead of schedule -I didn’t have a TV in my home at all at this point so this was greatly appreciated! The driver was also very friendly and helped me carry the TV into a room of my choosing in my home. Our television which refused to switch on was delivered to the shop at 10am on a Wednesday morning, was repaired and collected at 10am the following morning. “Absolutely outstanding value and service! I wanted a specific model of gas hob by AEG, and had been trying to buy one for several weeks before I finally found Modern Kitchen Appliances. Their price was considerably lower than any other supplier, delivery by courier was included, and MKA seemed to be the only people in the UK who could deliver within 10 days,. But the best was yet to come! I placed my order on Wednesday lunchtime and my hob was delivered within 72 hours on Saturday. In this day and age it is really heartening to get a great deal coupled with fantastic service. Well done MKA, if I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.”
