"A great way to waste time and money on New Years Day. My order included among other items, 3 Bean Burritos. I get home, check my order and there are 3 Bean Burritos with no beans. I’m returning them tomorrow. There is no excuse for this!!!!!!! I also ordered a pintos and cheese. Guess what? No pintos just black beans. This Taco Bell had better close down until they train some competent employees. By the way; They don't even have a phone number so you can at least call the manager. Then again, If the manager allows it to operate like this, what good would calling them do ?"
"Awful, service with an attitude also. Truly sad. Can't wait for robots to take their place. That way, the food will taste decent and be put together correctly, and I won't have to deal with the attitude. So sorry you are employed, such an inconvenience for you to make a paycheck. Absolutely sad."
"Initially, beans were left off of my order. I was able to return to the location and the staff was VERY polite and apologetic about the situation. They rectified the problem. The inside was clean. They also mentioned that their phone lines have been having some issues so there may be a problem reaching them by phone. They just opened and have been getting slammed with orders so just check your order before leaving and try to be patient with them. They are also hiring."
