"Honestly worst customer service I’ve experienced! I went to return my shoes and had the box on counter as I waited 10 minutes for someone to come when the store was basically empty and when the girl came she did not even say hi or any sort of greeting, she just took the shoe box and stared scanning. She was very unresponsive and didn’t not speak besides saying “I’ll be with you in one second” as she leaves to help another customer mid scanning. In the end she didn’t reruns my shoes since there was a little bit of dirt on the bottom of the shoe since obviously I wore them once yet they were still very clean!"
