Changing Fates Equine Rescue of Delaware, Inc. (CFERD) is a non-profit organization located at 31283 Old Cabin Road in Laurel, Delaware. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abused, neglected, or unwanted horses. We also provide sanctuary for horses that are not suitable for adoption. We carefully screen potential adopters to ensure that they are committed to providing lifelong care for their adopted horse. If for any reason they are unable to care for the horse, it must be returned to CFERD. Our horses are never sold, traded, or given away.
