"A cool place. Basic bar fare. Crowded and noisy, but that's to be expected. I was here in November, I can't imagine the crowd in the summer. I'm always impressed when the servers do a great job under stressful conditions, and they did a great job. I ordered a simple burger and fries. Fries were decent. Burger was great! Cooked perfect and delicious."

"The Lighthouse is a great spot for delicious food, big portions, music, and a welcoming atmosphere. Overlooking the bay, and across the street from beach access, the Lighthouse is well positioned for a meal with a sunset view or a quick lunch during your beach day. Whether you’re wearing a swim suit or high heels, you’ll feel right at home. As I ate, I noticed that every single table had at least one person smiling, laughing, or showing some other sign of having a good time. The kitchen was extremely careful with my gluten allergy (I am celiac and extremely sensitive). I ordered the pulled chicken tacos with a side salad. They were so good, that I actually came back the next day and ordered them again! While there aren’t a ton of gluten free options, the waiters are knowledgeable about what is and can be made gluten free. Some other gluten free options on the menu included a crab soup, chicken soup, nachos, 3 other kinds of tacos, sautéed salmon, and various salads. I think everyone can find something here. All in all, it was a great experience and I will be back!"

"This place has a beautiful location overlooking the bayside and the beach on the bay. Right next door, there's beach volleyball. The restaurant offers indoor and outdoor seating, as well as bar seating. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, and the service is attentive. The manager, Stevie, is a great lady. She stops by the tables with a smile and chats with the clientele. James is an outstanding server who knows a lot about the area (he is a local). If you need anything, he goes out of his way to make it happen. Thank you, JAMES, for your extraordinary service. Live music on site and great beach vibe. You can bring FIDO and sit on the deck tables. This restaurant gets an A+ on my list."

"Awesome recommendation that is worth going to. Never knew it was there as we are Bethany Beach goers. We actually are going back for date nite vs going toward OCEAN CITY for a well deserved change of scenery and atmosphere. Solid joint for all ages!"
