"We wanted to try a new place, but it doesn’t always turn out the best. Well the appetizers were very good we had fritters and calamari. However, the shrimp& grits seemed to be “Italian style” tasted like spaghetti sauce with some shrimp and bits of sausage. Terrible! My husband and I both ordered this dish and agreed we have never had anything like it in our travels. The burgers looked great, but over cooked and fried fish dry. We spent fair amount of money for five of us and won’t return. Our service was good no complaints there."
"Cheap crab meat!! The crab cake was a big disappointment. It was not lump meat but cheap inferior crab meat with lots of filler. My salmon was delicious! But the bed of red potatoes it was on were cold and the broccolini were overcooked and crispy. The calamari, our cocktails and wine were all very good, but the crab cake, cold potatoes, and $150 bill were a big let down. Kevin was an exceptional waiter and his recommendation of the Purple haze was wonderful. I hope he gets a job at a better restaurant before this one closes its doors."
"Great off the beach seafood restaurant— casual yet elegant beach-feel atmosphere and terrific food options (though a little pricey but still worth it). Kids meals were expensive and didn’t include a drink - charging $4 for milk on top of $10 pasta… but regular entrees were great. Fish and chips was a great value - 2 huge pieces of flounder and plenty of fries to share or make 2 meals out of. So fresh and tasty. Crab cake sandwich was a great option and filling. Great beer selection. Would come back again. Kid friendly for sure!"
"The food is always delicious, and the watermelon froze is a must-have! The bartender is so friendly and quick. My favorite is to sit at the bar during happy hour, which is DAILY! One of the only places at the beach that offers happy hour on the weekend. I always order a vodka oyster shooter while I am there. Last time I had fried green tomatoes and they were scrumptious!"
"Great Happy Hour- Every day 2-6! Lots of food and drinks options. 6 $6 drafts, $4 cans of beer, $6 wines, $6 rails, plenty of speciality drinks, and some cool infused vodka options. For food, we had the Shaved Brussels and the Pulled Pork Quesadilla. Bright restaurant with a huge wrap around bar and tons of extra bar tables. Plenty of free parking. Definitely Atlantic Social to your happy hour rotation!"
