"I wanted a hoagie so bad and I had heard about this place and was in the area. Not bad at ALL! When the lady handed me the bag the first thing I checked for was the weight. Ok passed that test. Once I got to my destination I had to take a bite. Tasty AF and the meat wasn't salty either. I did put some pepperoni on it later but that just took it to the next level. Would definitely recommend."
"Ordered a late day sandwich and had it delivered with Doordash. very easy and convenient. I went with one of the special sandwiches, the fresh turkey. While the bread was excellent and the meat was really good as well, the sandwich was a little watery or soggy. It was still very tasty and I ate the whole thing."
"This was the worst experience I have had with a Capriottis location. The salad I ordered vs what I received was a joke. Talk about false advertising! We ordered lunch for the office on 2/14, when it was delivered, we were missing a sandwich and the salad I mentioned above was just iceberg lettuce. We called and spoke to the asst manager Hector who said he would refund both items but he only refunded the missing sandwich. I called back the next day 2/15 and he assured me we would receive our additional refund. That has yet to happen. Needless to say, we won’t be ordering from the Capriottis in Union street ever again! Very disappointed as this use to be a go to spot and the quality and customer service has gone down hill."
