"The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with not only do they short me on my medications they remove refills from online account. It’s a constant debate on my meds I don’t have time for this nonsense the machine always miscounts my meds it’s their responsibility to give an accurate count. Then I have to go through to their voicemail system to receive a callback and then I dont get a callback most of the time. Instead of filling my refill when needed they cancel them just a horrible pharmacy something needs to be done proper management would be a good start! Off to find another pharmacy! Okay, now another problem seems as though they must have read my review. I don’t receive my prescriptions on time when due they are either on back order or claim they never received my new prescription from my physician now once or maybe twice I could understand this but, now it’s a regular monthly event. Sometimes I have to wait several days before I get a response fighting to receive my prescriptions. I have received screenshots from my doctor where my medication was sent in on a certain day and still they claim they never received my prescription refills . This is not good the incompetence and neglect of one’s medication needs is something most people heavily depend upon and to have so much neglect in just one customer’s prescription account is beyond my comprehension. I can’t imagine what others are going through. If they are having the same issues as myself."

"No way to call and speak to a person only to leave a msg and hope they call back "in a few business hours". Joke. They also don't care to call you if there is an issue with the script, despite specifically telling them to call and/or text updates and verifying my number on file. Waste of time. If you need your medicine in a timely manner, avoid this place like the plague!!!"

"This place is a mess. Rx had ppl waiting in line and closed for lunch as if ppl weren't using their lunch to pick up the medicine they need. Then they wouldnt answer questions about a text they were sending me and were rude about it. Then I tried to purchase a product with a price tag on it for 19.11 but it rang up for more than 42.00. Rx would not address the issue and told me to go to the front. I get that. The ppl in front told me it wasn't a price it was just a store number and acted as if I should know that. So unnecessarily rude. I left it there. I need a new pharmacy. In looking at the reviews I see this is not a new situation. Why don't they fix it?"

"Pharmacy is slow and unprofessional waiting at the window for 30 Minutes and no one has even said they are there and it’s 6 pm smh"

"If I could zero stars I would!! My son is disabled and needed to use the bathroom. The store use wheelchair was full of rain so we couldn’t use it. No access to the bathroom!! I went to the pharmacy to get a flu shot and was turned away because I need to make an appointment. At the time 1 person was in line to pick up a prescription. There was 1 associate and 1 pharmacist working (so obviously not busy), I was told I needed to make an appointment. I could completely understand if there were several customers in line but with only 1 customer and 2 employees! Do better CVS! The store use wheelchair, it should be accessible at all times!!"
