"Went to get a pedicure with my girlfriend over decent experience they had someone do her toes and not mine so it was a little awkward but no big deal once my feet were started it was a woman at first and she kept laughing then left to go to another person then an man ended my service. He seemed annoyed and hopped back on to finish a mani. Over I was pleased with my pedicure and wanted to come back for a full set the next day (today) I made a appointment with the lady in the front for 11am I come in at 11:05 and wait she tells me to pick out color then she tells someone else to go to her chair I politely ask if there is a different time I can come back since I made an appointment she just kept saying pick color you will get a soak I wait 20 minutes still not soak off process. I leave Because my time is valuable I worked an overnight shift took a little nap and headed to Georgetown. Not cool."
"I have been getting my nails done at A&R since they opened. They are very professional, and they do an amazing job. If you really need a mani or pedi, it's best to make an appointment as they are often very busy. It's the only place I go, and I highly recommend A&R."
"I loved the shape of my nails and before leaving they looked good where I left a 10 tip but as soon as I left they started chipping. I’m so disappointed and will not be returning anytime soon."
