“It has had a pretty impressive upgrade since the last time I was here (2011) Staff at the pool are very professional and friendly. Toilets and change rooms are very different and pretty cool. Hoping to visit again next time im in Darwin”

“Great swimming pool for children. Unfortunately, it was crowded (school holidays) but we found a deeper place and it was cool. We enjoyed it. Just a pity you have to wait for the waves. I wish they just kept going and you had a second 'normal' pool somewhere aside.”

Experts in chemical balance and always keeping up with the latest technology to improve the service everytime, 120% effort given in everything they do so please if you have an empty or green pool give these guys a ring and watch your pool become Pristine.”

“This place is a piece of heaven. I have lost my hammock, rescue guards were so kind and helpful to find it. Apparently it was forbidden so security took it! Good news and the bad one at the same time :)”

“Thi place is fantastic. Sun, shade and free swimming. Nice lawns to sit on, public toilets not too far away, showers to get the sand off, lifeguards etc. Only problem is parking.”

“The water was not clear but was in fact the perfect level of opacity. Too murky and you don't want to make your contribution. How ever too clear and you feel bad about it. The water was slightly murky however not too murky. There was no toilet paper but that's alright! What are underpants for, right?”

“Easy walk along the jetty and gives a gorgeous view of the shoreline. There were also a few food trucks near the parking lot.”

“Enjoy the sea breeze and tropical ambience in this well maintained and extensive park. Loved by locals and tourists alike, the park offers tribute to the Darwin's war effort and history, as well as providing playgrounds and walking tracks. Complete with plenty of shady trees, seating and tables, the park is a wonderful gem stretching along the entire southern border of the CBD.”

“Wow this park was great fun for the family, and surprisingly not very busy. Thank you to all the lifeguards who were caring and super attentive.”

“Such a lovely little park for kids. Great place to plan a party . Has a little creek running through. Nice for kids if using the community center. We had a party here and some kids dropped in which actually made it nicer. Local kids were really friendly and helpful. Would suggest for a party as bins are plentiful. Lots of recycling bins available.”

“Swimming pool closed for major renovation. Supposed to reopen November 2023. Just a big 50 m hole for now. Many exciting aquatic things to come this time next year. The rest of the fitness centre is still open for business, with exercise equipment, tennis courts, yoga, Tai Chi, trainers etc. Great place to workout.”

“TL;DR - Great staff. Made it fast and easy. I experienced really good customer service here today. I grabbed what I needed, went to the self-service, and the sales attendant helped me scan everything which made it go a lot faster. She then radioed to the lady at the front so she expected me and didn't need to check my receipt and trolley (needed the trolley for the bookshelves). I was in and out in 10 minutes.”

“Awesome place and huge space. Good for kids as they have many toys for the kids to choose from. My son get to scan his toys and put in the trolley. The staff are nice and let him do it. They keep encouraging him. Because of Big W my son is able to handle the self service register and make the payments. Thanks guys for letting the kids learn the life skills.”

“Excellent stay here at the Zen. The room had everything we needed to make our own food. The rooftop bar is a real treat with views over the ocean. Close to town and clean, this accomodation was perfect. The pool was lovely- so nice to lie out on deck chairs in the sun. The night porter was super friendly and welcomed us when we arrived in the middle of the night.”

“This is the second time I have stayed here, and I love it. Always great service, friendly staff, with ease of booking and a lovely feeling overall. It is close to everything that makes this city especially wonderful, with an easy walk into town.”

“The staff and very friendly and efficient. The rooms are modern, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is clean but not very accessible. The shower is over a very deep bath with a fixed glass screen so if you have small children or anyone you're traveling with has mobility issues it could be difficult to use safely.”
