The personal service has been wonderful and every time I’ve been in with a new script the Chemist has taken the time to make sure I’m aware of dosage or side affects and is happy to answer questions. Recently she questioned the script and rang the Dr and found he had prescribed too low a dose! I feel very confident using this Chemist.”

“I had always been a long term client of another well known vet clinic. This clinic, I came to after my dispute with the other clinic. They performed surgery on my dog & put a little Bandana on her after. They were responsive and had such high care for my dog but also let me make an informed decision about not getting additional tests etc. My dog has another surgery coming up & again they have showed the best care in regards to this matter. They weren’t pushy about the surgery but allowed me to know the risks involved. I 100% would recommend this clinic. Always professional and lovely people to deal with. I have FULL trust in regards to the care of my animals Picture is my doggo with the bandana they gave us! (After recovery of course)”

Girraween Veterinary Hospital has been my vet of choice for as long as they have been open. Several years ago I moved interstate, to an area that has 6 vet clinic within a 5km radius in either direction of my home. When my 15 year old Jack Russel cross became suddenly ill and despite visiting several of those vets it was Dr Bates information that allowed me to give him a real quality of life once I had relayed her information to these vets. I sincerely hope Darwin appreciates the calibre of vet they have available to them up there. I might add that her clinic facilities are quite superior to what i have experienced here also. Outstanding facilities, top quality service and real heartfelt care for your pet is what you'll get from this vet.”
