“Needed to get my car key battery replaced as the battery had died. My original car key was missing an internal piece so needed a whole new key. The new key wouldn't work for the remote central locking feature so I went back a week later, Dave (I hope that's his name!) took my key down to my car and had it working in less than 5 minutes.
