“Went to Just for Pets yesterday with Alfie our puppy and was met by the staff who fussed over him and made us feel welcome. They were most helpful and Adam spent a little time with Alfie and did a little training with him. Within 5 minutes, Alfie was giving him his paw on command which was very impressive. I would highly recommend this pet shop for many reasons - its huge selection of accessories, food, treats and more, plus the staff are awesome - it's the only pet shop for us!”

“We took our puppy in for a nail clip and I was really impressed with Jess. She took the time to check each nail and get as close to the quick as possible, without nicking him. Also loved the lady at the till (didn’t catch her name, sorry!) who was really friendly and lovely to our pup. He definitely appreciated the free fish treat she gave him!!”

“Whenever we walk in to the wellbeing chemist. Chad I think his names is (think he’s the manager) always walks up to our son and daughter. Talks to them, asks about them and how we are all doing. I don’t go anywhere else where the owner and staff remember you and your family’s names and are so nice to you. Great chemist. Always so helpful and informative. The manager has helped me out when he really didn’t have too a number of times. That’s why everyone we know goes there. Thanks guys”

“It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers”

Kariss went beyond and above to help me. Excellent communication and customer skills a true credit to the company!”
