“We were approached to a colleague called Dawn hogan at the rugby store. We’ve just sold are home and moving into a new build. Dawn helped us with every room from lounge, dining kitchen and bedrooms. I even wanted to change colours and back again and nothing was a problem. Dawn was very professional and polite. I can now relax and wait for are beautiful furniture to arrive.”

Very nice Manager or Director allow us to come in & treat us very nicely without any business purpose , even we are not their customers…..hope they grow more n more in their business ..very very thankful to them for their nice behaviour to unknown people. “Quite a large store compared to some other charity shops in Rugby, to browse and purchase from. Also convenient as can donate a greater variety of items than other charity companies. Can also donate directly in this store (after 4:00pm) by parking outside this particular shop, when the Pedestrian Only Zone time has expired.”

“It was a pleasure commissioning Jamie to make our new beautiful new front door for our Edwardian house. We were looking for an off the shelf colonial door inspired by the door at 10 Downing Street. However, we required an unusual sized door and this proved very difficult to find, so therefore we had to have our bespoke door hand-crafted. Jamie designed and crafted a beautiful solid door which was exactly what we wanted. He was really attentive and informative, keeping in contact throughout the design and production process, including sending photographs of work in progress! Many thanks again Jamie, for delivering us with a wonderful new door (No 10!) and fantastic customer service. “This shop has a very good selection in stock (it's a lot bigger than it looks) and can get the same brands as are available online for a similar price. The owner has been doing this for a long time I think, and has a good knowledge of the business - we bought a mattress from here and he was most helpful. I think that the ability to try the mattress out physically was very important.”

“Excellent customer service. We bought on line. Ryan provided us pictures of samples so we could get what we wanted. There Web site was good, showed you how our settee was put together. This was useful as wanted some springs in owes. We also purchased matteress and base in the colour we wanted. They prices are very competitive. Our settees are recliners very quiet. We also need them to be slightly smaller then most suites which is what we wanted. The delivery drivers were really helpfull unpacked everything put it together made sure it a worked be for they left and took the packaging.”
