“I am not somebody that writes to many reviews but felt on this occasion it was something I should do as hopefully help someone else in a similar situation to myself. Whilst it is still early days after my surgery/treatment I am thrilled by the initial results and feel confident that the final outcome will allow me to eat normally and for the first time in many years show my teeth when smiling. Visiting the dentist used to fill me with dread and made me anxious, because of this I would avoid going. This unfortunately has been to the detriment of my oral health, and whilst I looked after my teeth to a relatively good level with brushing and flossing, the gum disease that I have suffered for many years took its toll, leaving me with very loose upper teeth, poor gum health and deteriorating bone structure around my teeth. This in turn affected my eating in a normal manner with having to avoid various foods whilst also affecting my confidence, smiling became something that I was very conscious of due to the look of my teeth. It was certainly a 2-fold issue. One of my teeth became very loose causing me severe problems with eating so I needed to act. Having done some extensive online research, I booked consultations with two dental implant specialists. It was a clear-cut decision from this that Changing Faces & Smiles Knowle had the understanding, knowledge, and expertise to carry out my procedure. The whole team from my very first phone call early July 2022 have been outstanding and gave me the confidence to go ahead and get my treatment plan in place and actioned. Today I sit here writing this review less than 3 months from my initial phone call to them with a complete new set of upper same day teeth and a four tooth lower front bridge. Whilst there is still a little post operative swelling to go down, the result is simply amazing and looks so natural. For me to finally make the decision that I needed to do something about my teeth was a major step, but an even more crucial step was to find a specialist implant centre to conduct the procedure, and I know now that my initial research has paid off, Changing Faces & Smiles were the right choice. I cannot thank enough Suresh, Marc, and the rest of the team for their care, attention and treatment that has been carried out and look forward to my oral health being looked with them for many years to come.”

“6 Star Service! I unfortunately swallowed a veneer and it left a massive gap in my mouth. It was embarassing considering it was the upper left central tooth. But the dentistry team were extremely fast in getting it replaced. I was really worried they would get the colour wring due to the fact ths veneer was last installed in 2006 and would not fit the other veneers and teeth around it but Dr. Amit was spot on on his colour selection for me. They understood my distress and moved appointments around to accomodate me and deal with my urgency. I cannot be thankful enough to have my smile back!”

I am very nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist but I can honestly say I was put at ease from the moment I entered the consultation room and on every subsequent visit. I choose this practice and in particular this dentist Dr Chetan Mathias following excellent results for a family member. I needed my four front teeth replacing with veneers following some poor dental work elsewhere which had resulted in my smile looking hideous and me not smiling on any photographs etc…now I can not stop smiling. The most amazing thing for me other than my smile was the ability to have 3D scans taken rather than the old type impressions, as I really struggled with them previously. “I lost my front tooth as the result of an accident as a child during lockdown. I had visited other dentists before making my decision to go ahead with the treatment. I felt confident that I would receive excellent care from this surgery. It was a lengthy process because my situation was quite complicated however, I felt at ease, trusting that the best care was provided. After each of my surgeries the after care was excellent. Having the direct number to my dentist and being able to FaceTime really helped put my mind at ease and stop unnecessary trips to the dentist. The receptionist team and supporting nurses are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I was given the choice of a payment plan to help spread the costs which was very helpful to know that option was available to me. I have now moved to this practice from my old one and I would highly recommend the services of Dr Tiwana and his team.”

“What a new experience this was today, I have never actually enjoyed going to the dentist before! I called a few days ago to book a emergency appointment and was greeted by Jack who was so nice and proffesional and went through the costs of an emergency appointment which I really appreciated. Turned up to my appointment and the staff were so friendly and proffesional, the place had a really nice warm feel to it, so unlike many others. Saw Dr Zeeshan Chawdhri and he was excellent, he really took the time to explain the course of action I would need, and made me feel relaxed about being at the dentist and not bad at all for the state of my teeth!
