Located at 20 York Street in New Haven, Connecticut, Dr. Meadows also holds appointments at Yale New Haven Hospital and VHA-Connecticut. She is a renowned expert in cardiac imaging, overseeing nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI at VHA-Connecticut. Dr. Meadows is also the fellowship director for the Yale Fellowship in Advanced Cardiac Imaging and leads the VISN1/VHA-New England cardiology clinical trial network. With a focus on cardio metabolic prevention, Dr. Meadows has developed a patient-centered cardiometabolic primary prevention initiative at VA-Connecticut. She received her undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, completed medical school at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and did her residency at Yale New Haven Hospital.
