Gonzalez Grappling LLC is a health institution located at 77 Industrial Park Road in Vernon, Connecticut, United States. We are open from 5:00pm to 7:30pm Mondays through Fridays, with a Community Open Mat on Fridays from 6:00pm to 7:00pm. Drop-ins are welcome and we offer a free invitation for travelers. Our Kid's Program is held on Saturday mornings at 9:30am. We offer annual and monthly memberships for both adults' and kids' programs. Join our advanced BJJ "Sports Jiu-Jitsu" classes held Mondays through Thursdays from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Work with our Head Instructor who trained with Bushido Academy from 2008 through 2020, a Pedro Sauer Affiliate. At Gonzalez Grappling, we combine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, striking fundamentals, and self-defense in a fun and "bully-proof" environment to build self-control, discipline, and promote team building.
