"Unprofessional scammers. I thought I was just going to pay a small copay when I gave the receptionist my card info, but she signed me up for automatic billing payments for money that I owed. Here’s the kicker, she didn’t say a word about it. Just asked me for my card and then asked for my signature. I didn’t find out until I received an email later. $200 automatic payments are a lot when you’re already broke and scraping by. I just can’t believe it’s even legal to make a patient sign and agree to something that was never verbally discussed. She might as well have forged my signature."

"Dr. Simmons was nice and all but she never actually told me what I was diagnosed with. On top of that she mixed up the medications she would be prescribing my mother and I. We went in together for similar symptoms. She told me what medication and dosage I’d be taking, then I received a lower dosage at the pharmacy. My mother ended up receiving the dosage I was told I’d receive and she had the wrong prescription sent over I believe twice. While waiting for test results, the doctor told my sick mother to call around to see what pharmacies were open cause it was basically too much work for her at the moment. After we went to leave, we asked for discharge paperwork so we could see all of our aftercare instructions/vitals. We were told to just look it up on my chart. Not exactly the most reassuring thing to experience from a doctor when being sick."

"Would be five stars if they didn't turn me away the first time I went and didn't get to see anyone although the website said they were taking walk-ins. Once I got to the appointment, the wait was not too bad, and Lori Romeo was competent, professional and personable. My second time here and pleased both times."

"I love seeing Dr. Paul larocque, he is definitely one of my favorite doctors. I wish I could have him as my primary. I have been sick a lot more then usual this past year, and have had to go to the walk-in more than I would have liked. But anytime he’s working he always seems to gets me in and out of there quickly and with the medication I need to feel better and get back on my feet as soon as possible! He is thorough and professional, yet also very personable and relatable. I’m actually very pleased with all the staff I have had the pleasure of meeting so far at this walk-in, and with the level of care I have received. Thanks again everyone!"

"I wasn’t feeling well and walked in the the urgent care. Signed in and within 10 minutes I was seen by the kind and efficient nurse and doctor that diagnosed me with an upper respiratory viral infection within a few minutes. They called my meds into my pharmacy and I was on my way. Very fast, efficient and nice people. I’d definitely go back!"
